What happens if I forget my vault passphrase?
We can't reset it, and we can't recover your documents without it — that's the same design that keeps them private. Only you hold the key. Pick a passphrase you can remember (a few random words works well), keep it somewhere safe, and hold on to your original documents too.
What does WellKey cost?
Nothing. Free to use, free to leave. Export everything as PDF and delete your account whenever you want — files, details, all of it gone. There's no upsell coming.

Keep using it — WellKey works with anything you can export from your MyHealthNB account. The difference: provincial portals show you recent results from provincial facilities.
